I have been a licensed Florida real estate broker since 1984. My professional code of ethics aren't derived from some oath one might take from a Board of Realtors but rather from my principle of people first, money second.

First, let me say, ADDvantage® is not your average real estate brokerage firm. By nature, a 6% listing is wrong, right from the start. The listing agents dream is to have both sides of a transaction, the buyer and seller. The entire 6% commission structure, in itself, is an oxymoron because that means the seller has paid 6% and may receive no “obedience” from the listing agent, as most listing agreements include “transaction broker notices” as the form of representation and not “agency” to one party, in particular, the seller. This means the listing agent just represents the deal, not the seller. Then why pay the 6%? This is the very reason why Agent Activate® makes so much sense.
