If you turn Agent Activate to “on”, you are allowing an ADDvantage agent to opportunity sell your home by putting us in charge of “working” your buyer leads. Our agents are professional and will pre-qualify buyers, show your property, write the offer and assist in all aspects of closing. If we are successful, seller pays a 3% commission to ADDvantage and all prior flat fees paid to ADDvantage will be refunded at closing.
