I was extremely pleased with my experience selling through ADDvantage. They were there when I needed help, but most of all, their service allowed me to take control over the marketing of my home. Sold house within about 4 months of putting on MLS BEST $$$ spent! Don’t forget to pay the Buyer's broker well. I advertised 5% to get more action.
