Is there a contract in a flat fee listing?

No, there isn't a typical contract or agreement that says you have to list with us for a certain length of time. ADDvantage's Flat Fee MLS Listing Agreement simply states that you are listing for a flat fee and gives ADDvantage permission to place your property on the MLS. The agreement addresses the particulars of your MLS listing such as the amount you agree to offer to the buyer agent, how you want to receive your leads, what size your sign will be and other details of your MLS listing.
